Annual Reports of Employee Benefit Plans

Each year Lockheed Martin, as a benefit plan sponsor, is required to file an Annual Report (also referred to as Form 5500) for each of its Benefit Plans. Under provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), plan administrators are generally required to file these annual return/reports which contain information concerning the operations, funding, assets, and investments of pension and other employee benefit plans. These reports are available as a disclosure document for plan participants and beneficiaries.
